We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our organization's systems and data from cyber threats and ensuring compliance with information security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify any potential vulnerabilities or risks
- Develop and implement security measures to protect against cyber attacks, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption methods
- Monitor network activity for signs of unauthorized access or malicious activity
- Investigate security breaches and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay up-to-date on emerging threats and industry best practices to continuously improve the organization's security posture
- Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards
- Train employees on information security best practices and conduct regular awareness campaigns
- Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR) related to information security

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security analysis or a related field
- Knowledge of common cyber threats and vulnerabilities, as well as methods for mitigating them
- Familiarity with industry standards for information security (e.g. ISO 27001)
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g. SIEM) and vulnerability scanning tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field
- Professional certifications in information security (e.g. CISSP)
- Experience working with cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
