Land Surveyor

We are a reputable land surveying company based in Mombasa, seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, creating maps and legal documents, and providing accurate data for construction projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify property lines, contours, and other features
- Prepare detailed maps and legal documents based on survey results
- Provide accurate data for construction projects
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Maintain records of survey results and data collected
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. This position is open to Indian nationals who do not require English language proficiency. Visa sponsorship is available.
