Sales Representative - Shan, Philippines


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Shan, Philippines. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions by showcasing the features and benefits of our products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company on a monthly basis
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in using CRM software is an advantage

Salary: 1600$ per month (plus commission)

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. We offer a competitive salary package including health benefits. This job does not require English proficiency but fluency is preferred.
