Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth
- Train and coach team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the UAE market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing successful sales strategies and driving business growth
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the UAE market
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license
