Sales Manager - Dubai, UAE
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in Dubai. Your main duties will include developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for setting sales targets and leading the team to achieve them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the UAE
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage client accounts and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking events
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their performance to ensure goals are met
- Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their full potential
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports on sales activity, revenue, expenses, and projections for senior management
Salary: $1500 per month (tax-free)
Location: Dubai, UAE (Indian candidates preferred)
