Gardener (Contract Position)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of our outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and other landscaping features. Your duties will include planting and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees; mowing and watering lawns; and managing pests and weeds. You must have a strong knowledge of plants and their care requirements, as well as experience using gardening tools and equipment. This is a contract position without accommodation provided, so you must already have housing in Siauliai or be willing to secure it on your own. English proficiency is preferred but not required, as long as you are able to effectively communicate with our team. We welcome applications from Nepali nationals or foreigners with valid work visas in Lithuania.

Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor (Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to oversee our gardening team in Siauliai, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of various outdoor spaces such as gardens, parks, public areas, and private homes. Your duties will include planning and executing landscaping projects; supervising the work of gardeners; ordering supplies; maintaining equipment; and ensuring quality control of all landscaping services. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of horticulture techniques and plant care methods, as well as strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits offered. English proficiency is preferred but not required; however, fluency in Nepali would be an asset.
