As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, assisting with their needs and requests, and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and verifying identification
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and provide accurate information or recommendations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating to management if necessary
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants or attractions as requested
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure all guest needs are met in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area at all times
- Keep track of incoming packages or deliveries for guests and assist with distribution as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
