Job Title: Entry-Level Cad Draftsman

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level Cad Draftsman. As a Cad Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. You will work closely with engineers and architects to produce accurate and high-quality drawings that adhere to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of designs
- Review and modify existing designs to improve functionality or address issues
- Prepare drawings for construction, manufacturing, or installation purposes
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
- Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree or certification in drafting, engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in drafting or related field is a plus but not required

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Nakuru, Kenya (accommodation provided)

Type of Employment: Contract (with possibility for permanent position)
