We are hiring a skilled Cad Draftsman to join our team in Nakuru. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction and engineering projects. You must have a strong understanding of CAD software and be able to interpret design specifications and calculations accurately. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software
- Interpret design specifications and calculations from engineers and architects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Make necessary changes or revisions based on feedback from project managers
- Follow company standards and protocols for drafting procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Use specialized software or tools as needed for specific projects

Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in CAD drafting or related field
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar programs
- Strong understanding of technical drawing conventions, symbols, and terminology
- Ability to interpret complex design specifications and calculations accurately
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
- Previous experience in construction or engineering drafting preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn new software or tools as needed

Salary:
