- Provide guidance and training to clients on how to use computer systems effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and resolutions in our database system
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions for improvement
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in computer systems to provide efficient support to clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing/completed degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
- Proficient in troubleshooting common computer issues such as software installation errors, internet connectivity problems, etc.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
