Floral Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Your role will also involve communicating with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences, ordering and maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies, and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled on time.

To excel in this role, you should have a passion for flowers and be knowledgeable about different types of flowers, their care instructions, and their seasonal availability. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues. Previous experience as a Floral Designer or training in floral design is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique floral arrangements for various occasions
- Consult with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences
- Order flowers and supplies from vendors
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled on time
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and knowledge of different types of flowers
- Strong creativity and design skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or training in floral design is preferred

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Open to Kenyan nationals)
