Online Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep updated on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
- Utilize online tools and resources to effectively assist customers with their needs
- Meet or exceed monthly performance goals set by the company
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be comfortable using technology and online platforms
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.
Location:
This is an on-site position located in Clairvaux, France. Preference will be given to candidates already living in France.
Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. You must be available to work weekends.
Accommodation:
