We are seeking an innovative and experienced Android Developer to join our fast-growing team in Porto. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing native mobile applications for our clients. This is a contract job, with a salary of 1700$ per month. Please note that we are open to candidates without experience as long as they possess strong technical skills and a passion for mobile development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and reliable native Android applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve application performance
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile development and incorporate them into the development process

Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience developing native Android applications
- Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Familiarity with Android SDK, RESTful APIs, JSON/XML parsing, and third-party libraries
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Git version control system
- Knowledge of Firebase or other cloud-based services
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Espresso or Appium
- Prior experience working on e-commerce or social media applications
