Junior Florist

As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for assisting with the creation and maintenance of floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This role requires a strong attention to detail and creativity, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation and arrangement of floral designs for weddings, parties, and other events
- Maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Taking orders from customers and ensuring timely delivery
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Participating in design consultations with clients to understand their vision and preferences
- Creating unique designs that reflect current trends while also meeting the client's requests
- Ensuring all work areas are clean and organized at all times
- Assisting with basic flower shop tasks such as watering plants, restocking shelves, etc.

Requirements:
- Prior experience working with flowers is preferred but not required
- A creative eye for design and an interest in floral arrangements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Svalbard (relocation assistance available)
