Restaurant Manager

Our busy restaurant in Al-Kuwait is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and budgets.
- Ensure that all food and drinks are prepared and served according to company standards.
- Train and supervise employees to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
