Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

We are in need of a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Muharraq. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong knowledge of menu items and specials.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through the menu.
- Take accurate food and drink orders.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments using POS system.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of menu items, specials, and allergens.
- Basic math skills for processing payments.
- Friendly demeanor with good customer service skills.

Salary:
$1600 per month (tax-free)

Contract Type:
Full-time, renewable contract.
