Senior Accountant


We are a rapidly growing company seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Sheduva. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations as well as company policies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documents and reports
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 USD per month along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes free visa sponsorship and airfare to Sheduva for non-local candidates. This is a contract position with the potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance.
