We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Siauliai. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. Your main duties will include collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating detailed plans and drawings, selecting materials and finishes, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture, strong technical skills, a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using relevant software such as AutoCAD. Knowledge of local building codes is preferred but not required.
