Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Review contracts and negotiate with vendors
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and project progress
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
