Architectural Technologist - Experienced (US)


We are a leading architectural firm based in the US and we are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design, planning, and construction of various building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop design solutions that meet project requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with contractors to review project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies to continuously improve design processes
- Provide technical support to other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
