Junior Architectural Technologist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Architectural Technologist. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architectural technologists in preparing detailed drawings, models, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and assist with site measurements and surveys
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings and 3D models
- Research building materials and products to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

This is an urgent position, so candidates who can start immediately will be given preference. We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month with opportunities for growth within the company.
