A reputable architecture firm in Remish is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

The Commercial Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects meet the client's requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule. They will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to develop design concepts, create detailed plans and drawings, and manage the construction process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements and objectives
- Developing design concepts based on client needs
- Creating detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using architectural software
- Managing the construction process to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
