Administrator
We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrator to join our team in Sheduva. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff with various administrative tasks. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience or English proficiency, making it a great opportunity for Indian nationals looking to gain work experience abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update databases, records, and files
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
Salary:
This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1200$. Accommodation will not be provided.
