We are hiring a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service. You must have previous experience working as a Barista, be able to communicate effectively in English, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients for customers with allergies or dietary restrictions
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista is required
- Fluent English communication skills are necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1400 per month.
