As a Junior Network and Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our company's network and systems. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers. Your duties will also include monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to improve network efficiency. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Network and Systems Administrator to support our IT infrastructure and ensure that it meets the needs of our organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in the field of network administration. While prior experience is not required for this position, a strong understanding of computer networking concepts is necessary. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls, and servers
- Monitor system performance to ensure optimal network operations
- Troubleshoot network issues as they arise
- Identify potential security risks and implement necessary solutions
- Collaborate with the Senior Network and Systems Administrator on larger projects
- Communicate effectively with team members to provide technical support when needed
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies in the field of networking

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of computer networking concepts (e.g. TCP/IP protocols)
- Knowledge of network security practices
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn new skills
