We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Porto. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing our network and systems infrastructure. Your main duties will include troubleshooting issues, implementing security measures, and ensuring efficient operation of our network and systems.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security measures, and system administration
- Ability to troubleshoot network and system issues effectively
- Familiarity with backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain and upgrade network hardware, software, and operating systems
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber attacks
- Ensure data backup procedures are in place
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design solutions for complex technical problems
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure efficiency
- Provide technical support to users when needed
