Our exclusive hotel in Utena is seeking an experienced and professional Indian Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and customer service skills. This role requires someone who is fluent in English and Hindi, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a personalized check-in experience
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, providing recommendations for local attractions and services
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and other guest needs as requested
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local area information to effectively assist guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar guest-facing role preferred
- Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
- Strong knowledge of Utena and surrounding areas to provide accurate recommendations to guests
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from different cultures and backgrounds
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a solution-focused mindset
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
