IT Support Specialist


As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients, both remotely and in person. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network and server infrastructure. You will also be required to provide training and support to users, as well as document any issues or resolutions for future reference.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients.

This is a full-time position based in Triesen, with a salary of $1800 per month. As this role involves working with clients from Pakistan who may have limited English proficiency, fluency in both English and Urdu is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients
- Install and configure computer systems
- Maintain network and server infrastructure
- Provide training and support to users
- Document all technical issues and resolutions
- Communicate effectively with clients from Pakistan who may have limited English proficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of computer systems and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Urdu required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
