Hotel Sales Manager



As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel located in the bustling city of Sharjah. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with experience in hotel sales and a proven track record of achieving targets. This position is open to Canadians and other foreigners with a valid work permit.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key players in the hospitality industry
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management regularly

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
