Hotel Sales Manager (Nepali Speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager who is fluent in Nepali and English to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients, both locally and internationally. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$, suitable for men without prior experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali and English (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Working knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Prior experience working in Sharjah or the UAE market
- Familiarity with biometric passport requirements for international travel
