Construction Project Manager - Doha, Qatar

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in Doha. As the project manager, you will be responsible for managing the project budget, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards. This role is open to Indian nationals who have previous experience in construction management and can work without accommodation. Students with relevant education or experience are also encouraged to apply. The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed on site
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about project updates and changes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the project
- Review and approve all change orders and payments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Experience working on construction projects in Doha is preferred
