Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Create and manage project budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members
- Review and approve construction designs and plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates
- Manage construction site activities and personnel
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership skills

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this contract position.
