We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As a key member of our architectural department, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects, from conceptual design to construction. Your expertise in architectural design, construction codes, and project management will ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design to construction
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design software
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Proficient in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
