Machine Operator/Assembler



We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator/Assembler to join our team in Kaunas. As a Machine Operator/Assembler, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the production process, as well as assembling different parts to create finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production machines according to company standards and safety regulations
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Assemble parts accurately and efficiently to create finished products
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors
- Keep accurate records of production data, such as quantity produced, materials used, and time taken
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or Assembler in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions is an advantage
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. Our company provides accommodation for employees if needed. This job is suitable for women who have previous experience in machine operation or assembly. Non-African candidates are preferred but not required.
