Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Mombasa. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff in our healthcare facility. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including scheduling and assigning duties
- Train new nurses on policies, procedures, and protocols
- Monitor patient care and ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Keep records of patient progress, medications, and procedures
- Handle any emergencies or difficult situations that may arise
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for the nursing staff and patients

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required
- Valid nursing license from recognized authority
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a nurse supervisor or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
