We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and daily operations of our healthcare facility. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the performance of nursing staff, including training, scheduling, and evaluating their work.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in budget planning for nursing department.
- Handle any concerns or complaints from patients or their families in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends to improve nursing practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Valid nursing license in Kenya.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a registered nurse with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor others.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.

We offer competitive salary packages starting at $1300 per month. This position is open to Indian or Pakistani nurses who are fluent in English. Accommodation can be provided for those who require it. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Kenya.
