Entry-level Waiter in Oslo, Norway


We are currently hiring an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry-level Waiter to join our team at a popular restaurant in the beautiful city of Oslo, Norway. As a waiter, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Serve food and drinks to guests according to established standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any issues promptly
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining room before and after service

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be legally eligible to work in Norway and possess a valid work visa (we will provide assistance if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
