Job Title: Executive Chef



Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our prestigious restaurant in Los Angeles. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and standards, and maintaining a positive work environment for all kitchen staff. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create and develop new menu items, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper ordering of supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, monitoring their performance and providing feedback when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
