We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a full-time position that does not require any previous experience or English proficiency. We welcome Indian candidates to apply, and accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's administrative activities, including record-keeping, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Respond to emails and phone calls from clients and partners in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English (desired) and Hindi (required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid biometric passport
Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500 USD per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the selected candidate.
