CNC Operator


We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various machining operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, and it is open to Indian nationals or individuals with work permits in Croatia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specific instructions and blueprints
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain machines by cleaning, greasing, and performing routine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during production

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Familiarity with G-code programming is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards
