Industrial Alpinist

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Las Vegas. This full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism, preferably in the construction or maintenance industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to working at heights. They must also have excellent physical fitness and be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial rope access tasks such as building maintenance, painting, window cleaning, and equipment installation
- Conduct thorough safety checks before each job and adhere to all safety protocols while on site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain all equipment in good condition and report any issues immediately
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism or a related field (e.g. rock climbing, rope access)
- Must be physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to working at heights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team dynamic
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)
