Industrial Alpinist

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at extreme heights and difficult-to-reach locations, using specialized equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting inspections, repairs, and maintenance of structures such as bridges, towers, and buildings at extreme heights.
- Performing rope access work using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Installing safety systems and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conducting assessments of job sites to determine the best approach for completing tasks safely and efficiently.
- Communicating with team members to coordinate tasks, ensure safety protocols are followed, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Maintaining equipment in good condition and reporting any defects or malfunctions.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism or a related field.
- Valid certification in industrial alpinism techniques (e.g. IRATA, SPRAT).
- Extensive knowledge of rope access techniques, rigging principles, and equipment.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at extreme heights for extended periods of time.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship required for non-US citizens.
