Part-time Shaper for Surfboard Manufacturing in Malindi, Kenya

We are seeking a skilled Shaper with experience in surfboard manufacturing to join our team on a part-time basis in Malindi, Kenya. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and designing surfboards according to specific dimensions and client preferences. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about surfing and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Use various tools and techniques to shape surfboards according to specifications
- Work with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations on design and shape
- Ensure the quality of each surfboard by performing quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills as a Shaper
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Shaper in surfboard manufacturing
- Extensive knowledge of different types of surfboards, materials, and shaping techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific dimensions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: 1300$ per month (based on experience)
