Sales Manager - Faroe Islands
As a Sales Manager in the beautiful Faroe Islands, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing our business in this unique and scenic location. You will oversee a team of sales representatives, develop strategic plans to increase revenue, and build strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for driving results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to increase sales
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to stay ahead of competitors
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to travel within the Faroe Islands as needed
Salary: $1000/month (without accommodation)
