Florists in Sheduva are responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. As a florist in Sheduva, you will be expected to:

- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create unique and aesthetically pleasing arrangements based on client requests
- Order and receive fresh flowers from suppliers
- Care for flowers by trimming stems, changing water, and adding preservatives
- Maintain inventory of flowers, supplies, and equipment
- Keep track of orders, payments, and other administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and offering recommendations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry
- Adhere to health and safety regulations when handling flowers

Requirements:

- Previous experience in floral design or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A passion for flowers and creativity is a must.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (i.e. buckets of water or large flower arrangements).
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1600$, but this may vary based on experience and skill level.

This job is located in Sheduva. However, applicants from other cities within Lithuania are also welcome.
