IT Manager


We are hiring an IT Manager to join our team in Washington, USA. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the security of our systems by implementing effective security measures and protocols
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements or new solutions for the company
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Create and manage the IT budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies
- Strong knowledge of networking systems, hardware, software, and security protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
$900 per month
