Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Eschen. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and take orders from guests
- Ensure accuracy in taking orders and promptly communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and temperature
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and wine selection to make recommendations to guests
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining establishment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
