Facade Specialist

Our contracting company in Alta is seeking a highly skilled Facade Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, fabrication, and installation of building facades. This role requires previous experience in facade work and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop building facades based on project requirements and specifications
- Fabricate and install facades using various materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train and supervise junior team members in facade techniques and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade work
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety standards related to facades
- Proficient in using tools and equipment for facade fabrication and installation
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certification or diploma in structural engineering or construction management
- Experience working on high-rise buildings or complex structures
- Knowledge of different facade systems such as unitized, stick-built, or precast panels
