Barista - Coffee Shop (Al-Kuwait, Indians Preferred)


We are a busy coffee shop in Al-Kuwait and we are seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our team. This is a full-time position, open to both experienced baristas and freshers. We are specifically looking for Indian nationals who have a passion for coffee and can bring their unique skills and knowledge to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to customer specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn new techniques
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in English (fluency is not required)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
