We are in search of a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at our bakery in Dar Kulaib. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweet treats. Your role will involve creating unique and delicious pastry recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and presentation of all desserts.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to create new pastry recipes and adapt existing ones
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail in food presentation
- Good communication skills to train and supervise kitchen staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Create new pastry recipes that meet our customers’ tastes and preferences
- Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweet treats according to established recipes
- Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and supplies; place orders when needed
- Oversee the work of kitchen staff; provide guidance, instruction, and feedback
- Ensure food presentation meets our high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
